This is not something one sees every day on the St. Johns River! My guess is this cruise boat, a small one, is heading to the repair shop in Green Cove Springs for some refitting or something like that. It sure looked pretty passing by and I hope my neighbors all saw it, because no one would believe me if I told them! Guess this photo will go in The Palace Press newsletter this month!!!
One poor lonely shore bird is standing on the exposed sand in the basin, likely watching for the manatees to come back, as am I!
