What can I say? I also had a grim reminder this morning......only this was a ten year old girl in WI.

I can only hope that those families had a Pastor Pete around.......they will surely blame each other if they don't hear the Word or believe that God is in charge.

Love,

Mom

There is really nothing we can say except ask the Lord to watch over this family. I do hope they have the Lord in their lives. Certainly the daddy will blame himself because the fence was not up yet. What a terrible situation! My head is just thundering from crying so hard......I have cried their cry......

Mom, remember the sermon Paul Prange preached the Sunday after Pete's wedding, about the holy innocents? Wasn't that something??
So memorable a message about the cries going up from the mothers of the babies killed by Herod's soldiers...

Prayer for this family is needed!

Hugs,

Kim

Kim, I heard the news about the girl in WI on the way to work this morning. Of course my first thought was of you, and the tears started flowing making it hard to drive. We must keep the prayers going for the families!!

Hi Anon.:

I think this might be Linda J. but I am not sure. The flavor of the message though is very Linda-like, and I thank the sender for the sentiment!

Hey Kim,
I prayed a lot today. For the family, for you, and Kelly and for everyone this effected.

As I worked, God sent me another reminder to pray. I opened a closet door and there was the Deckers boy's memorial card taped inside. I open that door several times a week, and never noticed Deb put it there, until today. Hit me like a brick. The I turned and looked at Timmy's pictures, then at the pre school kids, then thought about my Grandkids, and prayed some more.

I honestly feel in my heart you finishing your book will help. I know in God's time! I can only say this because I'm reading a book about what a man went through with his son and it's helping me. Plus Pastor who has worked really hard for us.
But I just wanted to give you a hug, cause I know you hurt for what they are going through, and the memories that got stirred up.

Love, Cindy

Hi Cindy,

Yes, it truly did hit me like a ton of bricks---WHAM! Mom said she had a reminder today too hearing about a child in WI, and then to get my blog posting....

Such a great, terrible loss, I only hope they know the Lord....

Amen!
